Default Ambanja Bittersweet chocolate

Time for chocolate!

Finished bar of E.Guittard Ambanja Bittersweet chocolate
a pure Madagascar dark chocolate at 65% cacao.
Contains cacao beans, pure cane sugar, cocoa butter, soya
lethcin, vanilla beans. This is a 2 ounce bar described as
a single serving.

Well I made it last 4 days and found it more delicious
on the last day. Smooth with a delicate taste.

My usual chocolate is 72% Trader Joes Pound Plus
which is far less expensive, and more harsh.

E.Guittard blurb on the chocolate is instructive.
"Vintage Chocolate making in the French Tradition since
1868."

On the back of the package it further states,"Each
E.Guittard single origin chocolate is carefully crafted by
to showcase the unique flavors of the region and the
ancient cacao tree type from which it comes. We refer to
them informally as our `sipping chocolates' and savor them as
one savors a fine wine. - Gary Guittard"

There is also a Best Before date on the package.
My bar purchase at Fog City News near 1st and Market Street
in San Francisco had a day of Aug09.

I hope my money stays adequate to do more reviews of
the single origin Guittard chocolates.

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.
It is by the beans of cacao that the thoughts acquire speed,
the thighs acquire girth, the girth become a warning.
It is by theobromine alone I set my mind in motion.
