Gourmet Chocolate Reviews

Hey Guys,

I'm an absolute gourmet chocolate nut! So I've decided to review all my favorite brands (Amedei, Valrhona, Cluizel, etc.) in my blog, and I was wondering if anyone could offer me some suggestions/critiques. I'm new to blogging, and I want to make sure that my reviews are kept top notch, informative, and well-written.

Anyway, I'd really appreciate it if you guys could check out my site and tell me what you think/how I can improve. It's located at The Food Buster|Busting the Hype on Food.

Also, if anyone wants to do a reciprocal link trade, I'd be more than willing!

Great reviews. consumers are moving away from shelf-stable chocolates and toward fresh chocolates with nuanced, layered flavors. Today's high-end chocolatiers are flavoring chocolates with wine, herbs, chiles, salt and even vinegar.

I find that organic dark chocolate has such a rich, true flavor that I may never go back to non-organic.

I think Godiva are good. You can also get heart-shaped and decorated truffles. Olde Naples Chocolate have good ones.

How about trying to find and review the best chocolate that does not contain soy lecithin. Soy lecithin is a cheap, unnecessary filler that is derived using a toxin, called hexane. Just about everyone I know, knows nothing about the ingredients in their food, yet soy lecithin is in things from bread, cookies, chips, cakes, cottage cheese and more.

It's pretty sad that most food companies subject consumers to inferior ingredients. Why would anyone want to consume something derived using a neurotoxin? Lindt has it, as does Toblerone (which is not surprising, considering it's owned by Kraft).
