Default Chocolate ice cream

Material:

Eggs 4, 4 tablespoons of sugar, chocolate
Practice:

1, will be 4 egg yolk and 4 tablespoons of sugar, clockwise into ivory, with about 5 to 10 minutes.
2, will milk down the pot, put in the chocolate (I use is 5 small piece of rubber size of milk chocolate), stir until the chocolate cook, about 5 minutes.
3, will cook good chocolate milk slowly into play good egg yolks, edge to join, stirring (or egg yolk is cooked!)
4, garnish with the fire a little boiled once, can (this process may have generated at the end of the egg yolk, it doesn't matter).
5, after air is cool in the fridge frozen, middle to take out several times the stir. The long wait, wait until there are soft process of sand. Can appear small crystals.
Tips:

PS: in not completely frozen, it can also be when milk shake to drink.
