High-fat plain chocolate

Can anyone recommend brands of dark chocolate that have a lot of
cocoa butter in them, that can be obtained in the US or EU?

Domori and Michel Cluizel use no soy lecithin, and as a result have more
cocoa butter. Quite aside from this, these 2 companies are arguably the 2
finest chocolate manufacturers in the world. Get both from
http://www.seventypercent.com (you may have a more local source depending
on your town). From Domori, I particularly recommend Porcelana and
Puertofino. From Cluizel, I recommend strongly Los Ancones, Amer Brut 72%,
and Noir Infini.

All of the following have added cocoa butter:
Amedei's "1 Cru" chocolate
Amedei's Chuao
Chocolove brand
Cote d'Or brand
Dagoba brand
Domori's Blend #1
Domori's Break
Domori's Carupano
Domori's Granella
Domori's Madagascar
El Rey's Mijao
Green & Black brand
Grenada brand
Guittard's Gourmet Bittersweet
Michel Cluizel's 1er Cru de Plantation
Scharffen Berger's Semi Sweet
Slitti brand
Valrhona brand

Most of these are available at chocosphere.com; some are available in health
food stores, most of whom stock a selection of dark chocolate.
