chocolate leaves

Hi all - I'm new here. One of my books says that plastic leaves are sold
sold for making chocolate leaves (rather than using real leaves). I can't
seem to find them on the net. Any ideas? I'm in Toronto, but visiting
Manhattan next month for shopping.

Thanks
Karen

Bulk Barn usually carries lots of cake and candy making supplies. I'd
try the one in your local area.

The Toronto Yellow Pages have a category for "Cake Making -- Equipment
-- Supplies & Decorations" and most of the businesses listed should be
able to help you. I've been to the one on Weston Road, and they have
plenty of supplies. I'd give them a call and ask what they have in
stock that would meet your needs.
