chocolate tutor in boston area?
 

hi. am looking to make my own chocolate bars using cocoa, fat, a
special kind of sugar and perhaps lecithin.

would like to hire someone to show me how to heat ingredients properly
and make the consistency come out right. i could meet at their house
or mine.
