"Sams Choice" semi-sweet chips contain no milkfat. It is labeled as
being pure chocolate liquor (plus the usual sugar and lecethin).

Price is rather economical too.... I notice that in the recent press
releases by the choco majors about why they're increasing prices, price
of cocoa is not mentioned. Presumeably it's just a tiny fraction of
their total cost of delivering their product to store shelves....
