Hi folks,
Noticed today that Bonnat is once again available at Chefshop.com - they had been out of stock for quite awhile. Then I checked Chocosphere to see if they had possibly added Bonnat since my last order - and voila! They had. Prices seem to be the same, and about the same selection too. Geoff |

I suspect some SNAFU behind the scenes at Valrhona. Thanks for the info. I probably would've continued to wait. I guess now I will go ahead and order Valhrona through seventypercent.com Mike |
