I have tried Kroger's which is terrible. and Scharffen Berger Natural Cocoa Powder which is perhaps a little better than the Ghirardelli but more expensive. The Ghirardelli cocoa runs about $4.20 for 10 oz, which is approximately 47 tbsp servings. later bliss -- C O C O A Powered... best cocoa
Hi
I am using Hersheys dutch process cocoa for making hot chocolate. I would like opinions on what other cocoas are available that are perhaps better for this use. Thanks Sandy |
I paricularly like Schokinag 22/24 SR7. It comes in a 2.2 lbs tub from
King Arthur Flours (Baker's Catalogue). Its very low acid and very rich and chocolately. http://shop.bakerscatalogue.com/items/item1649.html k sandy wrote: > Hi > > I am using Hersheys dutch process cocoa for making hot chocolate. I think hot chocolate would be the best if you add a little mint
flavoring! |
