This is a manual for the prospective proprietor of a sweet or chocolate shop.Packed with all of the tricks of the trade from display to wrapping and beyond.Very through. I'd guess this would be ideal for anyone thinking of opening a modern by traditional,quality sweet or chocolate outlet.
