Vanilla Surprise.

The surprise is that there is no vanilla in it.

Chocolate with milk (preferably 50% cocoa solids): "Milk Chocolate"
Chocolate with 55% cocoa solids, no milk: "Sweet Dark Chocolate"
Chocolate with 60% cocoa solids, no milk: "Semisweet Chocolate"
Chocolate with 70% cocoa solids, no milk: "Bittersweet Chocolate"
Chocolate with 85% cocoa solids, no milk: "Extra Bitter Chocolate"
100% Cocoa solids: "Unsweetened Chocolate"

I think the names speak for themselves.
