You can get it at the supermarket.

This is an international list, by the way. If you ask vague questions you
will get vague answers- because where you would get cocoa depends on where
you are in the world. It also depends on what you want to do with it.

The reason why you were assumed to be a troll last time was because your
question was open-ended- you may not have meant to do this, but youe asked
precisely the kind of question a troll would ask. by insulting one of the
regulars, you also cut down on the number of people who would be willing to
help you with any further questions.
