chocolate
It is indeed - it's a considered a health food. The darker the better -
i.e. the less sugar it contains, the less impact on your blood sugar and thus lower cholesterol levels. It's dark only for me now, I've sworn off milk chocolate! Happy eating!! >> Katharine > Well, aside from the health aspects, I have always believed that the true quality of any chocolate maker can best be found in their dark chocolate. This, because I feel that the inferior flavor of a poorer quality of bean can be masked by the milk powder and higher sugar content of milk chocolate. For instance, can you really taste the quality of Cadbury's _cocoa_ under all that milk powder and sugar?
