Hi guys, has anyone heard that dark chocolate is meant to be good for
the heart ? Well, I'll go with it. Happy eating!!

It is indeed - it's a considered a health food. The darker the better -
i.e. the less sugar it contains, the less impact on your blood sugar and
thus lower cholesterol levels. It's dark only for me now, I've sworn off
milk chocolate!

Well, aside from the health aspects, I have always believed that the
true quality of any chocolate maker can best be found in their dark
chocolate. This, because I feel that the inferior flavor of a poorer
quality of bean can be masked by the milk powder and higher sugar
content of milk chocolate. For instance, can you really taste the
quality of Cadbury's _cocoa_ under all that milk powder and sugar?
Blindfolded, I doubt I'd taste much difference between their Dairy
Milk and their white stuff!
