Is it Chocolateer or Chocolatier?
 
I saw the first spelling in a cooking megazine, but always new it as
the latter...which is correct terminology?

Hi,

I believe it is chocolatier. But either way, they are amazing artisans,

aren't they? I love dark chocolate-70% +.

Chocolatier, pronounced "shock'la-tyay". It's french for "one who works with
Chocolate".
