Chocolate Recipes
 
Be careful when you are melting chocolate else it can go lumpy.
Chocolate is very sensitive to temperature. The best way to melt
chocolate (apart from in your mouth) is in a heat-proof bowl suspended
over a saucepan of warm water. The water should not touch the bowl, nor
should steam or water touch the chocolate. Melt the chocolate slowly.
