Default chocolate from guatemala

Hi, I write for a website about chocolate culture and chocolate
products.

I'm trying to find the name of some excellent chocolate that I sampled
in a small town near Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. They sell it in lots
of hotels in that area. It comes in small tubes and comes in like 5
flavors. They make it all by hand. Anyone sampled this chocolate
before? They make it by hand and I'm trying to contact the owner.

Thanks!
