Skin on milky coffee
 

Hi. Is there anyway to stop the skin forming on the top of milky coffee?
When I say milky coffee - I mean where a cup full of boiling milk has been
poured into a cup with coffee granules in it. I love coffee like this, but
the skin that forms after a minute or so is discussing.
