This is one of Gevalia's promo items, and it is on wayyyyyyy back
order, allegedly. I would like to contact the manufacturer to see what
the hold up is, and gevalia is not so forthcoming. If anyone knows who
manufactures this item, please let me know?

Even if you did find out who the manufactuer is I don't think they
would discuss their business over the phone with someone they didn't
know. Especially when it relates to one of their customers.

am pretty sure I didnt ask for reasons something can't be done....

Peter, are you affiliated with the item manufacturer, or with Gevalia?
Or do you just in general like to speculate:
A)How a business you have no connection with at all
B)Hypothetically may respond to someone
C)This someone also having no connection to you at all, ergo,
D)You not having any knowledge whatsoever about this someone?

(FYI there are many ways to get information without breaching
confidentiality; general inquiries, asking if other vendors may sell
the same item, etc etc.)
