hi,
I read and heard that the right pressure for a good 3cl espresso shot is about 9 bars. The machine I have has 15 bars fixed which means that if I observe the right time of brewing (say 25 seconds) the shot comes out too long. Do you think that stopping the pump halfway the brewing cycle for a couple of seconds, thus prolonging the brewing time(?), can do the job? thanks for any help |
