As of yesterday, our almost 1-year-old Baby Gaggia doesn't work. The
on/off switch lights up, but nothing else happens. I'm guessing
something is disconnected/broken with an electrical connection
somewhere.

It is still under warranty (barely.) I called Wholelattelove/Importika
twice yesterday (and had to leave voicemail both times.)

So. . . Questions.

1. What kind of service have you all gotten from Wholelattelove. . .
and

2. Is this something we should try to fix at home?
