To be honest, it sounds like a waste of money. Use a cutting board and a
knife, or just dedicate a cheap pair of rust-proof office scissors to
the kitchen.

Williams-Sonoma has some nice stuff, but they are experts at coming up
with these silly, super-specialized items that no one needs.
