Default Herb shears

Why not get a pair of Fiskar (those orange-handled scissors). Take
them to the garden to cut your herbs and fragile greens and anything
else.

I use them to cut pizza sometimes instead of a pizza cutter. I have
at least 6 pairs that I keep in drawers in the kitchen. They go into
the dishwasher. Every load, there's at least 4 pair, so you can see
they are used often. They are very cheap. There is no reason not to
have one at hand at all times.
