I picked an orange one up a couple of weeks ago for use in our travel/picnic
kit. It's very sharp, and very non-stick. It is not the old pure carbon steel
that rusts and discolors easily -- even the link you provided states "High
Carbon Stainless Steel with Nonstick Coating."
