For those of you who shop at Costco - here is a nice bargain I found the
last couple of weeks. It was $22 plus change.

I didn't have one of these as I stupidly discarded one in cast iron about a
year ago. This one caught my eye as I like all things "new and shiny."

Hi Dee Dee,
Have you used it? Did the interior remain white for very long?

No, I've not used it yet. It's waiting for my last frozen package of South
Dakota hamburger. But -- it looks exactly like the Batali (orange) pot I
bought, and I cooked the New York Times bread in it (450º) IOW heated the
pot to 450, then slammed the bread into it. The Batali pot cleaned up well.

The pot inside is cream-colored, and the quality looks excellent. I did use
a non-scratch pad on Batali's and it cleaned up in seconds. Since there are
ridges in this, it may be a different story.
