I am new to induction cooking and wanting to get cookware that works
well. Perhaps someone who has used cast iron cookware with an induction hob could comment on whether I can expect a 30 cm flat cast iron crepe pan to work well when used on a 21 cm induction cooking zone? Do I need to be careful to match the cookware size to the cooking zone size? Thanks, John |

Or at least it does on my induction hob. I often use cast iron pans that are larger than the diameter of the 'ring' It still heats the pan well. Its also ok to use a smaller pan than the diameter as it will only work on the bit of the ring where there is contact. Shirl |
