I'd hate to clean up,
I'd probably fall head-over-heels into the unit.
Nothing worse than turkey grease :-)) I know how you love your turkey!

Actually, I like it. But I'll wait for one to show up on Craigs List or
an estate sale.

I'll bet they show up soonest! :-))

Sort of reminds me of a bread-making machine with the coils exposed. One
could retrofit an old machine and cook a capon in it.

Wonder if it gets hot enough that you could figure out a way to use it
