Jean: Counter top broiler/brick oven
Jean, and all, I was reading joepastry's site -- whatta site!!!!! whatta guy!! and he referred to an Electrolux E-Z bake brick oven. Since I'm a Electrolux fan, I started googling this and could not find anything similar, but loh&behold, I did find that there is such a beast! http://www.appliancist.com/small_app...n-brk-200.html Cuisinart BRK-200 , Cuisinart brick oven 1,700 watts of power and 500°F baking tray and broiling pan.
