It's a matter of product life cycle. When people stop buying your product, you already have another *upgrade* waiting in the wings. You promote the new one, and drop all support for the former version. For these kinds on things, the life-cycle is around a year.. For household deodorant spray devices (Think Glade), it's more like 8 months. Alex |
