Hello,
I'm having a problem trying to fabricate 3/1 turkey patties on this machine. I hope someone here can help.We are using thigh meat. Tried: Both skin on and skin off. Two medium grinds. One medium one fine A little ice A little mineral oil on the plates Temp is 29-30F A little warmer, what a mess that made. Hollymatic tech support Freezing plates The patties continue to stick and turn over as they come off the plate. Any ideas? |
