Default Tools for making fudge?

What sort of tools or equipment are available for making fudge. This
is for retail purposes, but not large scale commercial. We just need
small fudge batches as a topping for other items.

Are there any tools that can make the process easier and less labor
intensive? The constant stirring in particular.

Thank you for any help.

As a retail winow-front commercial fudge maker I can tell you that all
you need are a kettle, a paddle for stirring, a marble slab and a
creamer tool (Savage Equipment Co). As for stirring - it is a
critical part of the fudge making process - it is called "browning"
and must be done while you reach your cook temperature.
