What sort of tools or equipment are available for making fudge. This
is for retail purposes, but not large scale commercial. We just need small fudge batches as a topping for other items. Are there any tools that can make the process easier and less labor intensive? The constant stirring in particular. Thank you for any help. Marc |

As a retail winow-front commercial fudge maker I can tell you that all
you need are a kettle, a paddle for stirring, a marble slab and a creamer tool (Savage Equipment Co). As for stirring - it is a critical part of the fudge making process - it is called "browning" and must be done while you reach your cook temperature.
