Default Chinese Box

I had lunch in little Havana last week and had Roast Pork which had been cooked
in a Chinese Box. What is it and where can I get one?

Thanks

There was just an article two weeks ago in the Washington Post food section
on this thing. Unfortunately the article is now in the pay archives. But I
did manage to find the web site of the maker that was referenced in the
article:

http://www.lacajachina.com/ ("La Caja China" is Spanish for "the Chinese
box" !)

It sounded like a rather interesting adventure from what I remember of the
article.
