Yes of course. You can choose between fedex (quick but expensive) or
snail mail (about two weeks but cheaper).

Here is a short description of Chitarra (Pasta maker)

In Abruzzi if you ask for chitarra abruzzese you can get pasta or this
very traditional tool, made by wood and thin steel wires. The wires
are placed very closer each other (about one mm) and you can stretch
them using the lateral keys. In dialect the tool is also know as lo
carrature.

How to make chitarra abruzzese pasta

To make pasta (chitarra abruzzese) for 6 person you need:
- 500gr durum wheat flour - 5 eggs - salt

Put flour on the wood table (spianatoia) leaving a crater (fontana) in
the middle. Break the eggs inside the crater and then knead it
lustily. Then leave the dough to stay for 15 minutes. After this time
stretch the sfoglia using the mattarello till obtaining a leaf as high
as the distance between wires (so you will have square section
spaghetti). To cut the leaf put it over the chitarra an press it with
mattarello.

This pasta is expecially good with ragu sauce, tomato and chili
pepper, amatriciana.

And do never forget to spread a good quantity of pecorino cheese over
it.

The chitarra we chose here has two sides for different width of
cutting. If you want you can buy also the mattarello as separate tool
as it is not included in the package.
