Please report your findings. Many people have expressed interest in this
mixer but there haven't been any reports. I have seen it on the shelf at
the Frontgate outlet store (they had several on clearance last week when I
was there). It look very sturdy, but I obviously didn't use it. It is a
mixer that I would consider if I was replacing my old Kitchen Aid.

I saw one in action in Seattle in a cooking contest between major local
chefs. Bowl size good (7QT) and power 1000W seemed to handle really
heavy dough. As one who makes many breads with 100% rye flour, moving
tht cement without burning up motor is important. And since I also make
a 2KG Poilane Boule, that also puts a major burden on KA. So, when KA
finally gives up the ghost under the pressure, I will go for one Viking.
