I am looking into buying a mixer (mostly for baking and making bread) and was wondering what brand people liked the most?

I also have the Breadman TR520. The Breadman, on the dough setting, makes bread dough far more easily than the KA. I don't use the KA any more. I have to struggle with the KA ongoing when mixing the ingredients. I just follow the Breadman instructions, put the ingredients in as directed, set it on dough, and leave the room. Slightly less than an hour later I have perfectly risen dough. The machine gives out slight heat during the rising cycle, making for a rapid rise. If you want to rise slowly with less yeast, you just take the container out and rise it on the counter or in the frig. I got the Breadman for about $25 at Macy's closeout. Kent |
