Commercial Scale Cabbage Shredder?

Hi all,
wondering if anyone has used a commercial scale cabbage shredder - mid price range (can't afford a hobart)- that they like? thinking about the deluxe stainless steel model by The Sausage Maker but can't find any reviews...I'm using it for a small sauerkraut business.

Commercial Scale Cabbage Shredder?

Hi Jordan! Just curious if you found a nice shredder for larger scale sauerkraut production. I was looking at the TSM Products Deluxe Cabbage Shredder on Amazon. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
