1 quart carbon steel sauce pan wanted
 

Does anybody know of a supplier for a good quality small (1 quart to 1 liter)
carbon steel sauce pan? I've looked around on the Web and in local culinary
supply company websites and can't find anything other than carbon steel
frying pans.

By good quality I mean reasonably thick (2-3 mm), and it would be nice
if it had a well-fitted lid, though I could probably find or make a lid.
