I've been searching the web for the type of metal plate that comes straight
out of the broiler or oven to the table. Often used for crab cakes, etc. They're the type of plate that the server says "be careful, the plate is very hot". I'm not sure of the correct name of these plates -- so perhaps that is why I cannot find them on the web. Does anyone know what these plates are referred to properly in the business? Any help would be appreciated. Making homemade crab cakes tomorrow and I would like to broil them right on the metal plates, then serve. Thank you in advance. Frankie D. |
