I am going to open a small tea/coffee shop, need to order customized

Small shop? Custom printing? I hope you're rich.

Have you tried your Yellow Pages?

You might first try using standard paper or styro cups, as they are MUCH cheaper.
When you buy custom, you will have to buy a LOT of them to get a decent price.
I mean it. You can't ask for 1000 specially printed paper cups.
