Default What is this Chinese double wine vessel called?

I have eaten at a local Dim Sum restaurant that served hot rice wine in what
looks like a small metal Tea pot/double boiler. The outer pot is full of
hot water with the inner pot full of rice wine. Does anyone out there know
what this vessel is called and where might one purchase one? Thanks
