Ugly muffins from silicon muffin sheet....
I just used this new silicon muffin sheet. Sure, the washing was much
easier than normal tins, but my muffins were very ugly... It appears that the bottom of the muffins didn't get brown enough to hold the shape. Is there anyway of getting them brown? Apart from the shape, I also like a bit of crunchness as well... |
