Default large spatula

I'm looking for a large metal (stainless preferred) spatula/turner for
flipping eggs, pancakes and so forth. My parents have one by Vollrath
that has a "blade" of 6" by 3". This was purchased maybe 25-30 years
ago. It works very well but is likely out of production.
Looking around the web, I don't see the appropriate measurements to
make a choice.
I've looked at the Oxo Omelet turner which while big enough being nylon
is a bit thick and not stiff enough.
There is a LamsonSharp which might work but its sort of expensive

Any suggestions from your experience are appreciated.

thanks,

I have always been pleased with Rosle products. They have a wide range of
pieces in their "open kitchen" collection. You can buy them online at Sur
La Table and in better cookware stores. Here is a link where you can browse
the pieces:

The are expensive but well built. If you are looking for inexpensive pieces
that are reasonably good, Ikea is a good source.

If you're at OSU, go to Wasserstrom, and buy a new Vollrath 6X3 turner. They
still make them.

Your link brings up a slotted turner on my PC.

If you really mean a large spatula, this LamsonSharp --
www.xhost.org/images/spat.jpg -- has a 9" x 4" blade, and has been indispensable
in our kitchen for about ten years. It's available from Williams-Sonoma and
others. Cheap, no; long-lasting, yes.
