I was looking at getting a deep fryer and liked the Nesco. Are they any
good?? Or is there a better manufacturer.

I have one & it does not hold temp well enough to keep foods from
sticking to each other or to the basket.

I am careful not to overload and to give the oil time to recover
between batches. That model is the exact one I have.

Will it do standard loads or do you have to do small loads? I'd be
frying food for 3 people and don't want to have the first person be
done eating by the time the third is just getting there food. If you
were to get a diffrent fryer what would you get?

It will only take a limited amount of food and you are not supposed to
crowd things when frying.

I have no other fryer to recommend, as the T-Fal that is similar to
this has similar flaws. I use a large cast iron Dutch oven and a
thermometer now.
