Hi
can anyone help me? I have a dual element on one burner and all I get
is one level of heat.
Would it be the switch or the actual element?
Thanks

Do you mean that only one of the dual elements works? Then it could be
either. If you mean, as I think, that both elements work but only at one
heat level, then it is the switch.

Peter
Thank you for responding!
The only element that functions is the smaller one.

Yes. Seriously, it could be either. It might even be a loose
connection. If you can take the element out you should be able
to test it for continuity (and if you don't know how to do that
you shouldn't mess with it).
