Well, there you go. Who else would you buy quality cooking gear from?

principle...)

The kind that trolls for anything that resembles an opening for him to
pitch his crap. I thought about selling their knives, but when I looked
them over I ran away as fast as I could.

My experience in no home slicer is worth having. The cheaper ones can burn
out from any usage beyond a few slices. None do a decent job on meat, as
the bottom of the meat doesn't get cut. And they all are a pain to clean.

For my jerky I now have semi-frozen and cut my hand.

They may be fine for cheese, I don't eat cheese so I've never tried it.

Back in the days I belonged to a food co-op, I bought and loaned to the
co-op a used commercial slicer. It was fine for hard cheeses like
Emmenthaler, but it would bog down and blow fuses on softer cheeses like
mozzarella

It did work great for meat, though.

vendors were selling feelthy pictures on the streets of Paris.
