Default Commercial dough mixers

Anybody have experience with commerical dough mixers in the 30-50 qt
range? I know the Hobarts are good, but pricey. Anyone tried a Doyon
or a Precision, or have any other recommendations?

We'll be mixing pizza dough, one 25 lb. bag of flour per batch.

Thanks!

Hello Pizza Guy
I can get hold of a 30 litre Brenbo mixer with various attachments
including a dough hook. The cost of this is £1995 if paid by cheque or
£2085 if paid via paypal (covers the charges).
This is cheaper than most companies can even buy them for. If you are
interested just contact me through our site.

Hello Pizza Guy, I can supply you with a Benbo palnetary mixer with a
set of attachments, including a dough hook. This would be a 30 litre
heavy duty unit ideal for what you need. The cost would be £1200 if
paid by cheque or 1250 if paid via paypal (cover costs). All prices are
+vat. This is cheaper than most places can even buy them for. If your
interested please contact me through the site, leave a number on our
e-mail and I will ring you back.

Hello Pizza Guy, I tried to ammend the prices as I was looking at a
larger model, but when I posted it went back to the original ones. It
should be £1200 and £1250 (+vat).
