Default Tech help: Dead Frigidare electric range

This is my first post here, so please bear with me. My 4-year old
Frigidaire electric range (Model FES367AQC) stopped working and is
acting very strange. The display panel is completely dead EXCEPT for
when you turn on any of the burners. Then, it makes a short buzzing
noise and the clock comes on. However, none of the burners get hot and
no other stove functions work. As soon as you turn the burner control
off, the clock/control panel goes blank again. There were never any
error codes displayed. I've tried clearning/resetting the panel and
even unplugged the stove overnight to see if that might re-set
something (but no luck).

I'm pretty sure my problem is a faulty electronic control panel (ERC),
but before ordering a non-returnable part, just wondering if anyone
else has had a similar problem, or has any other other ideas what it
might be or diagnostic suggestions.

Thanks!

Have you fully tested the power to the range? It sounds like you have a
problem with the neutral or combined neutral / ground.

Have you tried calling Frididare Support? They should be able to help you.
