A new one for you, John. I just got back from Winn Dixie. They have
Wonder bread "Light" in white, wheat and Italian forms. The total carbs
were 9gms a slice, with 3gms being fibre, which I always interpret as 6
gms net. I am not a fan of Wonder Bread, but I rememeber how thrilled
the American military wives were, when we were stationed overseas, and
the cargo plane brought in Wonder Bread!
