Default The coconut macaroons.

The coconut macaroons came out well. Instead of moistening the rather
dry unsweetened flakes with water, I bought some coconut milk in a can.
This is NOT cream of coconut, but plain coconut milk. Goya brand. It has
1 gram of carbs per tablespoon. I used 4 tablespoons of coconut milk
and 3 of water. I also put them in a sealed container while they were
still a bit warm to keep them moist. DH liked them.

Thanks again for the recipe.
