Contessa Scampi at publix - Gil says it's very good... especially with
low-carb Texas Toast to sop up the juice. The whole meal must not have been too spiky or he would have said so. See www.diabeticjunkfood.com for more. John |

Avoid most Contessa products as they typically contain way too much sodium.
