FBG 95. Jun made Spaghetti Marinara with shrimp & mussels. Homemade rich,
chunky, tomato sauce, with garlic, oregano, FGBP and bay leaf. Topped with
slivers of Pecorino Romano cheese. Oh, my. One hour post prandial 130. I
was gonna check again at two hours, but fell asleep. A bottle of dry
Sicilian red would have gone well with it.
